Forget the word “finance” in the job title. This is far from just plugging numbers into a spreadsheet. We often refer to this role as “business manager” because you’re in control and the real job is making dreams come true. Powdery snow, dirt flying, wave riding type of dreams. We’re looking for a driven, people person to join us as our **_Finance & Insurance Manager_** at **_the all-new FFUN Motorsports Kenora_**. Maybe you’ve heard of a Loan Consultant or Loan Officer, it’s the same thing(ish), but here you work with a team and product that’s far from boring and can blow-the-roof off your earning potential.

Work with our customers to ensure their financing experience with **_FFUN, Canada’s fastest-growing automotive and recreational group_** is top-notch. And that takes someone a little special. You need to understand financing with a splash of sales yet be creative to whip up snazzy solutions depending on each customer’s needs. **What you’ll be doing**:

- Offer pricing menu to customers detailing their financing options and products
- You're motivated and a goal-setter to achieve sales targets
- Follow industry trends to build upon your product knowledge and help customers
- Timely and accurate completion of all vehicle purchase paperwork including tax, title and lien search/discharges

**A great attitude will get you 90% there, for the rest, we're looking for**:

- Previous dealership, automotive or recreational sales experience is considered an asset
- Experience with customer financing
- Have a track record of being detail-oriented, highly organized and a creative deal maker
- Your comfortable using computers and common programs - its important to us that we provide you with the tools to effectively perform at your best
- An outgoing and friendly personality, especially while handling objections and negotiating pricing
- Positive, enthusiastic, and passionate about the recreational/motorsports industry
- Must have a valid Driver’s License upon employment
