Mortgage Agent

Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Mortgage Agent to join our team. The Mortgage Agent will be responsible for assisting clients in securing mortgage loans, analyzing financial information, and providing exceptional customer service.

**Duties**:

- Communicate with clients to understand their financial needs and goals
- Analyze financial data to determine the best mortgage options for clients
- Negotiate terms and conditions with lenders on behalf of clients
- Provide guidance on cash management and financial planning
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines

**Experience**:

- Strong mathematical skills
- Proficiency in Excel for financial analysis
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus
- Previous experience in financial services or mortgage industry preferred
- Ability to negotiate effectively
- Customer service-oriented approach
- Fluency in English; knowledge of French is advantageous

Pay: $39,903.01-$176,869.47 per year

Expected hours: 20 per week
