Duties:

- Perform general cleaning tasks, such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming
- Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies
- Empty trash and recycling bins
- Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces
- Maintain cleanliness of common areas, including hallways, lobbies, and break rooms
- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
- Report any maintenance or repair issues to the appropriate personnel
- Assist with special cleaning projects as needed

**Skills**:

- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks as required
- Experience with commercial cleaning practices and techniques
- Knowledge of proper cleaning methods for different surfaces and materials
- Familiarity with facilities maintenance and basic repairs
- Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools for cleaning purposes
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members and customers
- Customer service-oriented mindset to ensure satisfaction of clients or building occupants
- Knowledge of custodial best practices for maintaining a clean and safe environment
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
