Administration tasks such as: greeting customers, answering the phone and taking phone messages, corresponding with clients, mailing correspondence, banking, writing and depositing cheques, updating inventory and ordering supplies, printing documents, making certified copies, writing letters, closing files, etc...

Must be bilingual (English & French).
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:
- Bonus pay

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Westmount, QC H3Z 3C1: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

- Secondary School (preferred)

- Administrative experience (preferred)
