We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educator (ECE) or ECE Assistant to join our vibrant and nurturing team at our fully licensed, family-owned daycare. If you love working with children and are committed to fostering a supportive learning environment, we want to hear from you

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist lead teachers in planning and implementing age-appropriate activities.
- Supervise and ensure the safety of children at all times.
- Support the social and emotional development of children.
- Prepare and organize materials and resources for activities.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians.
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment.

Qualifications:

- Early childhood educator certification OR early childhood educator assistant certification
- CPR and First Aid certification (preferred)

**Compensation**:

- Starting at $17.40 per hour for ECE assistants.
- Starting at $19.00 per hour for fully licensed educators.
- Includes early childhood educator wage enhancement.
