Junior Barista

**Example Schedule: 2-3 Shifts/Week - Weekday/Weekend Availability - Average shift length 5-8.5 Hrs**
- **Has a minimum of 2 years of Barista experience**:

- **Is willing to commit to at least 15-20 hours per week**:

- **Understands the importance of providing exceptional guest experiences and is willing to go the extra mile to ensure guests walk away with a positive impression**:

- **Possesses knowledge of coffee and has experience in coffee beverage preparation**:

- **Thrives working independently and enjoys problem-solving**:

- **Previous experience in a commercial kitchen is considered valuable**:

- **Understands the importance of effective communication and actively communicates well with others**:

- **Previous Key Holder experience is an asset**:

- **Holds a Smart Serve certification, while a Food Handlers Certificate is considered a plus**
