Bloom Omni is a fast-track Retail Leader Readiness Program that will:

Note: If you are an external applicant, you must have at least 1 year of leadership experience in the food industry.

**What you'll be doing day to day**
- You will learn what it takes to be a Retail Leader through a thoroughly crafted individual development plan covering two positions within a two-year period that will enhance your competency and leadership capabilities.
- The first year of the program will start off as a Group or Team Leader.
- The second year of the program will include exposure to global projects that focus on the real challenges we face in business today.
- You’ll receive individual mentorship, on-the-job training, classroom training, and collaborate with others.
- You will be expected to perform and deliver in your role, while you learn and develop from job-related experiences and interactions with the Bloom community.
