The **Darlington **site location is looking for hardworking, results-oriented and professional **Electrical QC Inspectors **to join our team.

**SUMMARY OF THE ROLE**:
The **Electrical QC Inspector** is responsible for implementing, monitoring and ensuring compliance with the Company Quality policies, programs and practices in respect of the various and required Codes and Standards on company work projects and fabrications.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Prepares ITPs for all electrical work and equipment
- Reviews and determines applicable quality standards and procedures for inspection of electrical installations and components
- Interprets specifications, blueprints and job orders for electricians
- Performs electrical inspections and tests
- Documents the results of inspections and tests in a timely and accurate manner in compliance with QA Program Requirements
- Maintains M & TE calibration records
- Verifies electrical configuration of assemblies are in accordance with Design Requirements using various inspection instruments
- Ensures compliance with applicable Codes/Standards (i.e. Electrical Safety Code, CSA N299, CSA N286-12, ISO 9001)
- Establishes procedures for testing equipment to Code requirements
- Presents and expedites solutions to installation problems and testing procedures
- Prepare and reviews history dockets, data files & reports
- Interfaces with Customer and Jurisdictional Representatives
- Participates and supports ESFL in Internal Audits and External Certification/Qualification Audits

**KNOWLEDGE AND EDUCATION**:

- Licensed Electrician, Bachelor's Degree Diploma in Electrical Engineering, or C.E.T.
- Capability in various Inspection and Test techniques
- Intimate knowledge of applicable QA/QC Codes

**EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS**:

- 5 - 8 years Q.C. field experience in a construction and/or nuclear environment
- Fully conversant with Electrical Safety Code
- Master Electrician Certified (preferred)
- Knowledge of, and experience working with, CSA N299, N286-12, ISO 9001
