**In this role you will be**:

- Fostering & cultivating a performance culture within the field team
- Developing and executing the pace and quality of company production schedule
- Creating detailed scope of work for sub trades and in house work for each project
- Creating and maintaining project schedules based on estimated and scopes of work
- Work alongside site supervisor to ensure they have a thorough understanding of project scope
- Responsible for management of all project changes
- Attend regular meeting with clients, site supervisors, and owner
- Monitor communication between site supervisors / lead carpenters, sub trades & clients to ensure information is being accurately communicated & in a professional manner
- Responsible for management of cost and budget for all projects
- Maintaining a 9/10 average customer satisfaction experience

**Skillset required**:

- Degree in project management, Construction Management or building sciences related field, an asset but not required
- Two years of residential project management experience with a proven track record of success
- Proven ability to develop and manage project schedules and deliver on budgets
- Effective communicator with a skill at building relationships
- Ability to plan, prioritize, multitask and problem solve in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Outgoing and professional attitude

**Salary**: $75,000.00-$95,000.00 per year
