Manufacturing /assembly Technician

**Responsibilities and Duties**
**Manufacturing Technician**:
- Understand standard operating procedures and perform manufacturing/ assembly work as per the steps stated in the procedure,
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, and machinery to complete tasks,
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and engineering drawings,
- Achieve the desired volume target of manufacturing /assembly,
- Ensure adherence to all quality parameters during manufacturing/assembly and record the process parameters on prescribed forms as listed in the standard operating procedure,
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area,
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment,
- Conduct quality checks using calipers and other measuring tools,
- Operate forklifts safely and efficiently when necessary,
- Other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
**Experience**
- High school diploma or equivalent,
- Previous 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment,
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and machinery,
- Familiarity with operating manufacturing equipment and tools,
- Basic understanding of quality control principles,
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and diagrams,
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills,
- Good communication and teamwork abilities,
Preferred Skills:
- Forklift operation experience
- Knowledge of caliper usage for precise measurements

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
