Responsibilities:

- Provide exceptional hair styling services to clients, including cutting, coloring, and styling hair
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their desired hairstyle and provide appropriate recommendations
- Sanitize and maintain a clean work area and tools to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for both staff and clients
- Upsell salon products and services to clients to enhance their overall experience
- Provide excellent customer service by ensuring client satisfaction and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise
- Assist with retail sales of hair care products and recommend suitable products for clients' hair needs
- Collaborate with the front desk staff to schedule appointments, manage client records, and handle payment transactions

**Skills**:

- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and understand their hair styling preferences
- Proficient in a wide range of hair styling techniques, including cutting, coloring, and styling
- Knowledge of proper sanitation practices to maintain a clean and safe salon environment
- Strong upselling skills to promote salon products and services to clients
- Exceptional customer service skills to provide a positive experience for clients
- Experience in retail sales is a plus
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced salon environment

**Salary**: $14.00-$14.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
