Blow-in Insulation Manager

We are a reputable Blow In Insulation contractor looking to hire a fulltime Blow-In Insulation Manager to efficiently manage and direct our attic insulation construction projects.

JOB SUMMARY:
RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Hire, train and supervise insulation installers to ensure they are working safely and are meeting expectations
- Communicate with customers to schedule all incoming work and ensure work is delegated efficiently between crews
- Monitor and access quality of work being completed
- Attend to and solve all customer concerns in a timely fashion
- Visit occupied homes and prepare quotes for homeowners
- Maintain inventory levels
- Ensure all required maintenance and repairs are done on vehicles and equipment

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Experience and industry background essential
- Valid driver’s license and clean driver’s abstract with at least three years driving experience
- Must be self-managed/directed
- Must have strong communication, organizational and time management skills

**Salary**: $65,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
