**Your Responsibilities**:

- Framing new walls, window and door installation, drywall repair and repairing of roofs.
- Order materials as necessary to complete project
- Ensure job sites are maintained in an orderly, clean and secure manner
- Residential Repairs and customer service
- Getting units ready for inspection and closings
- Schedule inspections
- Ensures construction work is being carried out in accordance with drawings, specifications, zoning/building bylaws, OBC
- Coordinate and schedule trades and suppliers
- Complete carpentry repairs or work that is needed
- Provide leadership, instruction and supervision to all construction workers and ensure all trades on site are adhering to the safety regulations.
- Experience with a wide variety of residential projects
- Experience in Framing, Roofing, Foundation work etc.
- Be able to work independently and/or supervise and direct small crews
- Presentable and able to interact with homeowners
- Able to read/interpret building plans
- Be familiar with local building code standards and practices
- Well organized and systemic
- Possess a high attention to detail and quality
- Ability to understand building material, components and construction practices
- High level of Carpentry understanding
- Handy on the tools
- Must be able to work Monday to Friday 7am-5pm
- Must have own reliable transportation
- Must own Basic tools, tool belt ,drills, hammers, tape measure, squares, knifes etc.
