**Shipper / Forklift Operator (Days)**

**WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING**
- Ensure that any movement of inventory is scanned and in the system at the time of movement with RF scan guns.
- Support inventory control with accurate documentation
- Safely load and unload trailers
- Stage product in the picking area
- Consolidation of partial pallets.
- Cycle counting
- Will be required to operate forklift
- Ensure tasks are performed in a timely manner
- Perform cross-trained functions within the work group as needed
- Ensure all safety and processing procedures are followed
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- All other duties as assigned

**WHAT DO YOU NEED?**
- Must be dedicated to safety and continuous improvement
- Certified forklift driver and previous forklift experience an asset, reponsibilities:

- Perform various warehouse duties including but not limited to: building, heavy lifting, order picking, loading and unloading, packaging, and utilizing a warehouse management system.
- Operate forklifts and reach trucks to move materials and products throughout the warehouse.
- Maintain inventory accuracy by conducting regular cycle counts and reconciling discrepancies.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and meet productivity goals.

**Skills**:

- Experience in warehouse distribution or a similar role is preferred.
- Proficient in operating forklifts and reach trucks.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately pick orders.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.

**Salary**: $20.00-$23.00 per hour
