As a certified B Corporation, we make convenient eating healthy and sustainable for the communities we operate in. We source quality local ingredients whenever possible, and deliver in reusable, recyclable and compostable packaging. We offer 10 chef-created meal kit recipes each week, with options for many lifestyles and preferences including vegetarian and vegan.

**What You'll Be Doing**:
- Support Culinary team with administrative tasks, data entry, on-site sampling and project support as needed- Engage in data entry and verification of recipe-level information into various platforms and Google Sheets, ensuring consistency across entries- Own the translation process of recipes from English to Quebecois dialect French, ensuring consistency of voice and content between languages- Review and proofreading of recipe copy, ensuring consistency and accuracy among all individual recipes.- Work with recipe developers to improve and validate language for final recipes- Supporting recipe card needs for all regions Fresh Prep service, supporting the flow of information interdepartmentally- Edit and review all recipe-related copy at various editorial checkpoints, ensuring style, clarity, consistency, flow, tone and accuracy among recipes. This includes, but not limited to:
- Acting as an expert on Fresh Prep recipe copy, upholding our style guide and copy standards through all stages of the card creation process-
- Collaborating with the culinary team to make any necessary culinary
- or editorial-driven changes to the recipes-
- Ensuring last minutes changes are properly reflected and documented-
- Support the ingredient change management processes ensuring recipe cards maintain their accuracy through stages of recipe changes and edits through the card creation process, ensuring all changes are properly documented cross-departmentally and reverted accordingly- Support in the creation and implementation of internal processes to reduce recipe errors- Support with tracking of sample products and new ingredients, assuring communication is strong between departments- Support with photo editing and alterations using Adobe Suite

**What We Are Looking For**:
- Minimum of 2-3 years previous experience in administrative roles.- You understand the importance of details. You don’t sweat the small stuff and thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment, yet you have a keen ability to recognize nuance.- You are articulate. You have strong written, verbal and interpersonal skills. Even better, you practice empathy in all spheres.- You are collaborative. You’re a team player who is not afraid to hold people accountable to their piece of the puzzle.- You are a problem solver. You understand that every day may mean a new problem to solve. You are up for the challenge, and enjoy bringing others along with you while you explore solutions.- Bilingual - you possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Quebecois French (required)- Experience in a culinary environment will be considered an asset.

**What You Can Expect**- $45,000 - $50,000 per annum- 3 weeks vacation- An inclusive, fun workplace filled with fantastic colleagues.
