JobSummary**:
As a team our goal is to create an unforgettable, picture-perfect experience for our guests. Your role in that goal is very important Our Guest Service Team wears most of the hats of a traditional hotel - from reservations specialist to activities director; we do it all.

Job Responsibilities:

- Responsible for the Check in and Departure of hotel guests;
- Answer the hotel phone, both internal and external calls;
- Balance of daily transactions, running end of day.
- Be an expert on local and onsite services and be able to provide information about them;
- Use accurate accounting and cash handling procedures;
- Respond promptly and appropriately to guest requests;
- Communicate very effectively with all other departments within the hotel;
- Maintain an accurate inventory of rooms, reservations, and room assignments;
- Represent the culture of Best Western Sunrise Inn & Suites and build repeat guests;

- Basic accounting experience an asset;
- Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills;
- Friendly and pleasant demeanor, courteous, self-motivated, and professional;
- Ability to work efficiently with mínimal supervision, independently and as part of a team;
- Good PC skills; able to work on Excel
- Previous Front Desk and/or Customer Service experience is preferred;
- Relevant education and experience in a hospitality or tourism setting

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 24-30 per week

**Salary**: $16.50-$17.50 per hour
