As a systems and infrastructure operations, maintenance and development analyst, you support IT efficiency by configuring, administering, maintaining and upgrading small-scale computer networks, management systems, database servers and business solutions in accordance with the organization’s needs.
You analyze issues related to IT deliveries, rollouts, controls and quality assurance. You support the more experienced professionals in your unit and help prepare opinions and implementation plans in accordance with your discipline’s rules.
You conduct analysis, develop the initial outlines of tools and processes and prepare the required documentation. You draw on your general knowledge of your line of business and your ability to manage complexity. You interact with stakeholders working in other technology fields.
You assist clients and partners.

**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field- A minimum of one year of relevant experience
Please note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered- For vacant positions available in Quebec, please note that knowledge of French is required
