Construction Superintendent

This job is local to Grande Prairie, AB - NO LOA OR TRAVEL PROVIDED

**Abilities include**:
*
Auto CAD, Navisworks, Robotic Total Station experience would be considered an asset.

*
Experience with SAGE100 would be considered an asset

*
Interface with clients to determine job scope and expectations.

*
Assist with project bids, scheduling, and manpower.

*
Plan and prepare project schedules and milestones & monitor progress against established schedules.

*
Read and interpret P&ID’s, isometrics, civil drawings, general arrangement drawings and LDT’s.

*
Well versed in quality control procedures and governing codes and standards.

*
Role model all safety standards/processes and on-the-job behavior by living our core values, people principles, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.

*
Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, Bluebeam

*
Excellent verbal and written communication skills

*
Able to prioritize work, multi-task and adapt to changing priorities in a fast paced, high volume team environment.

**Qualifications**:
*
High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED).

*
**Red seal Journeyman Steamfitter/Pipefitter**

*
Collaborative and inclusive leadership style.

*
Proficient with time management

*
PMP or similar qualifications considered an asset

**Requirements**:
*
Minimum of 5+ years supervisory experience

*
Must be physically fit and able to safely lift up to 50lbs

*
Clean drivers abstract

**Safety Tickets REQUIRED**:

H2S Alive

*
Standard First Aid

*
Valid Drivers License (Clean Abstract)

*
Leadership for Safety Excellence (LSE)

*
Construction Safety Training Systems (CSTS) Certification
