**Job Summary**
As an Associate Financial Advisor, you will assist an experienced Certified Financial Planner with all elements of managing a financial planning practice, including but not limited to: client service, administration, marketing initiatives, and, providing financial guidance and advice to clients, helping them make informed decisions about their money and financial future.

This position will start off as a paid apprenticeship, with the ability to become permanent, based solely on achieving performance targets over 6 month intervals, over a 3 year period.

While learning, and assisting with the the operations of Multi-Gen Wealth Group, you will have the opportunity to build your own practice, earning 100% of the commission generated by your own clients, making the income potential nearly unlimited.

**Duties**:

- Assess clients' financial situations by gathering information regarding investments, asset allocation, savings, tax planning, retirement planning, and estate planning
- Develop comprehensive financial plans for clients based on their goals and risk tolerance
- Provide ongoing financial counseling and investment management services
- Monitor clients' accounts and make recommendations to ensure they are aligned with their financial goals
- Stay up-to-date on market trends, investment opportunities, and industry regulations
- Conduct research on various financial products and services to recommend the most suitable options for clients

**Skills**:

- Strong understanding of financial services and products
- Proficiency in account management and financial analysis
- Excellent math skills for calculations and projections
- Knowledge of cash management principles
- Ability to conduct thorough research to support financial recommendations
- Ability to communicate clearly and efficiently with clients and colleagues

**Minimum Requirements**:

- Italian speaking
- undergraduate degree/ diploma from university or college
- no criminal record
- good credit score
- drivers licence & car

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract, Apprenticeship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: $18,000.00-$48,000.00 per year
