Noodlebox is seeking a friendly, customer-focused individual to join our team as a Cashier/Expo. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, handling cash transactions, and expediting food orders to ensure timely delivery to our customers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers with a friendly attitude and take their orders accurately
- Process cash and card transactions using a point-of-sale system
- Answer customer questions about the menu, ingredients, and pricing
- Work closely with the kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Ensure the restaurant is clean, tidy, and well-stocked
- Help with food prep and expo duties as needed
- Follow all health and safety guidelines and standards

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in a customer service or cashier role preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

**Salary**: From $15.50 per hour

Day range:

- Every Weekend
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Flexible Language Requirement:

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Oakville, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Food Safe, SafeCheck, Food Handler or equivalent (preferred)
