social, emotional, and cognitive development of children - Create a safe and inclusive classroom environment that fosters learning and growth - Provide individualized attention and support to meet the unique needs of each child - Collaborate with parents and guardians to ensure open communication and involvement in their child's education - Assess and monitor the progress of each child, documenting observations and maintaining accurate records - Utilize effective classroom management strategies to promote positive behavior and engagement - Stay updated on current trends and best practices in early childhood education Qualifications: - Certified Early Childhood Educator IT in BC - Clear of Criminal Record Check - 2 references - at least 1 year experience working with I/T in childcare settings - Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues - Excellent time management and organizational skills to effectively plan lessons and manage classroom activities - Demonstrated leadership skills to create a positive learning environment We offer competitive compensation based on qualifications and experience.
