**Steele Leasing is seeking a Commercial Lease and Fleet Manager **This role involves procuring vehicles from our dealerships, sourcing new commercial fleet accounts, identifying appropriate inventory for commercial fleet customers, and overseeing the growth and development of the dynamic leasing portfolio from both commercial and consumer perspectives.

**Responsibilities include but are not limited to**:

- Develop, review, and manage all commercial and consumer vehicle leases, agreements, and contracts to identify growth opportunities and areas for development.
- Identify prospects, develop contacts with fleet accounts, understand customer needs, propose solutions, prepare presentations, and close transactions.
- Coordinate and conduct meetings and events to proficiently operate and promote all Steele Auto Group vehicles for leasing or fleet purposes.
- Collaborate with various internal departments on their vehicle needs and issues.
- Attend and conduct a variety of meetings with key stakeholders in company initiatives.
- Development of fleet administration standards and vehicle operating policies
- Negotiate contracts and service level agreements with third-party suppliers and/or service providers.
- Establish provision of services, while providing concierge vehicle procurement for customers
- Prepare vehicle specifications based on fleet requirements.
- Provide concierge vehicle procurement services for customers.
- Perform other duties as required.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum ten (10) years of experience within the automotive industry
- Previous experience with a comparable in-house leasing program
- Proven success in growing fleet/leasing business in an automotive retail environment
- Valid driver’s license and maintenance of clean driver abstract
- Knowledge of applicable laws, codes, regulations, policies, and procedures
- Proven success in the development and implementation of process improvements
- Ability to collaborate with internal business partners, senior management, and suppliers
- Excellent organizational, strategic, planning, and implementation skills
- Ability to follow through and complete overlapping projects
- PBS knowledge is considered an asset

**Base + Commission with Earning Potential of $200,000 +**
