**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Part-Time Hotel Operations Supervisor. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our hotel. You will be responsible for supervising daily activities, managing staff, and maintaining the highest level of guest satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and coordinate the daily operations of the hotel, including front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance activities.
- Monitor staff performance, provide feedback, and address any performance issues that arise.
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner, striving to resolve issues to the guest's satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences throughout their stay.
- Maintain inventory levels of supplies and equipment necessary for hotel operations.
- Ensure that rooms, common areas, and facilities are well-maintained, clean, and meet quality standards.
- Coordinate with housekeeping to manage room availability and ensure timely room turnovers.
- Assist in creating and implementing standard operating procedures for various hotel operations.
- Uphold hotel policies and procedures and ensure that staff members adhere to them.
- Maintain a positive and supportive work environment for all team members.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using hotel management software and computer systems.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Customer-focused attitude and commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Knowledge of safety and security protocols in a hotel setting.

**EXPERIENCE**:

- At least 2 to 4 years’ experience in the hotel industry, with significant mid-scale and limited-service hotel experience.
- Marriott, IHG or Hilton certified is an asset

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 24 per week

Pay: $21.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Night shift
- On call
- Weekends as needed

Ability to Commute:

- Windsor, ON N9A 1B2 (required)

Ability to Relocate:

- Windsor, ON N9A 1B2: Relocate before starting work (preferred)
