**Description**:
Reporting to the Director, the Associate Registrar is accountable for the development, implementation, and management of quality customer service for all frontline operations of the Registrar’s Office & Student Retention,
Academic Advising Office. The incumbent is also responsible for the planning, development, delivery and ongoing review of registration, communication & customer service functions of the Registrar’s Office. In addition, the incumbent will oversee the planning & support offered for students that have been dismissed from their Program of Study or whose academic path has been interrupted.

**Qualifications**:

- A relevant combination of experience and education including a 3-year CAAT advanced diploma and or university undergraduate degree
- Excellent oral and written communication skills;
- Willingness to serve on departmental and College committees;
- Promotion of excellence in their field;
- Ability to work as a member of a team;
- Personal commitment to professional development.
