**Mezban restaurant is looking for a Part-Time Host to join our team at our new location in Ottawa, ON**

**This is an entry level position, so Part-Time is required for this position.**

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and serve guests.
- Cleaning duties will include but not limited to dining room, kitchen, and pantry duties.
- General cleaning duties such as dusting, mopping, or sweeping.
- Other tasks as assigned by the front desk or management as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous restaurant experience preferred but not required.
- Must be able to work well in a team environment as well as independently.
- Must be able to communicate effectively with guests and co-workers.
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time (8 hours or more) and lift up to 50 pounds.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 - 40 per week

**Salary**: From $15.50 per hour

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay

**Experience**:

- Hospitality: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
