**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Monitor programs/classrooms daily
- Filling in for classrooms as an extra teacher or if staff are absent
- Help recognized and create policies and procedures
- Help with all administration duties as needed
- Working closely with the Director to maintain the facility
- Helping to managing budgets, coordinating schedules, inventory, and supplies
- Monitor family and employee satisfaction, and quality assurance, reporting any problems, accidents, unsafe conditions, or equipment trouble to management
- Maintaining all licensing regulations in the center and with staff
- Provide quality training in a classroom for all staff
- Help implement a mentoring program for staff and volunteers

**Qualifications**
- ECE Certificate/ First Aid
- Criminal Record Check
- Experience working in an ECE classroom and office
- Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills
- Competency in Microsoft Office, excel, teams, & Child Care Licensing Regulations
- Performance reviews, interviews, and training

Pay: From $25.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

**Education**:

- DCS / DEC (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Classroom: 5 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- ECE license (required)
