As a Bakery Front of House Manager in our beloved bakery, you'll be responsible for the efficient and profitable operation of the bakery. You’ll oversee production, staff management, customer service, and business administration to ensure the bakery's success.

Key Responsibilities:
**Staff Management**:

- Recruit, hire, train, and schedule bakery staff
- Provide leadership and direction to the team, including bakers, kitchen staff, and front-of-house staff.
- Set performance goals, provide feedback

**Quality Control**:

- Conduct regular quality control checks on products to maintain consistency and excellence.
- Address and resolve any issues related to the quality of products, customer complaints, or employee performance.

**Customer Service**:

- Ensure excellent customer service and a positive experience for bakery customers
- Interact with customers, address their needs, and gather feedback to improve service and products.

**Financial Management**:

- Develop and manage the bakery's budget, including revenue and expenses.
- Monitor sales and profitability, and take actions to maximize profits while controlling costs.

**Health and Safety Compliance**:

- Ensure the bakery complies with food safety regulations and health standards.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment for employees and customers.

**Retail Development**:

- Overseeing everything from product ordering to procurement. Your role involves managing inventory levels, analyzing sales data to forecast demand, and strategically placing orders to ensure optimal stock levels.

**Inventory management**:

- Monitor and manage inventory levels, rotating stock, and minimizing waste.
- Place orders with suppliers and negotiate favorable terms.

**Record Keeping**:

- Maintain records of sales, expenses, and inventory.
- Prepare reports and financial statements as required.

**Qualifications**:
Previous experience in store management.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Financial acumen and budget management abilities.

Knowledge of food safety regulations and health standards.

Customer-oriented and able to maintain a high level of quality and service.

Creativity and adaptability for menu development and innovation.

Bakery Managers play a critical role in ensuring the success of a bakery by managing both the production and business aspects of the operation. They should be passionate about baking, customer service, and maintaining high standards of quality.

**Salary**: $17.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Every Weekend

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
