**Position Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Rough Cleaning**: Remove large debris, leftover construction materials, and dust from all areas of the site.
- **Removal of Floor Covers**: Safely remove and dispose of protective floor coverings (plastic, paper, etc.) used during construction.
- **Window Cleaning**: Remove plastic coverings from windows and clean glass to eliminate dust, smudges, and adhesive residue.
- **Dusting and Sweeping**: Thoroughly dust and sweep all areas including walls, ceilings, baseboards, and vents to remove construction dust and dirt.
- **Sanitization**: Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and other high-traffic areas to ensure they are spotless and ready for use.
- **Detail Cleaning**: Wipe down fixtures, appliances, countertops, and cabinets to remove any remaining dust or construction debris.
- **Window and Glass Cleaning**: Clean and polish windows, mirrors, and glass doors to remove any dust or marks.
- **Waste Removal**: Safely dispose of all construction waste, trash, and leftover materials.
- **Post-Cleaning Inspections**: Ensure every area is thoroughly cleaned and ready for final inspection, leaving the space clean and presentable for the client.
- **Safety Compliance**: Follow all safety protocols, including using personal protective equipment (PPE) and maintaining a safe work environment.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in post-construction or commercial cleaning is preferred
- Experience with rough cleaning, removal of floor coverings, and cleaning windows after construction
- Ability to lift and carry up to [insert weight] pounds
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Reliable, punctual, and able to adhere to work schedules
- Strong communication skills and ability to follow instructions
- Ability to handle physically demanding tasks and work in various weather conditions
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (if applicable)
