**About the Role**:
**Your Responsibilities**:

- Troubleshoot process problems and initiative and/or participate in Continuous Improvement initiatives and quality improvements.
- Participate in proposal planning for continuous improvement projects. Support in the development of work cell and/or department standardized work instructions/procedures.
- Support in setting up predictive and preventative maintenance programs for required equipment.
- Design/Implement changes to work cell layouts using AutoCAD for all departments.
- Perform work cell assessments with focus on process flow, standardization, ergonomics and 5S. Document the current state and make improvements by adding detailed work instructions, including audio / video demonstration
- Perform, direct, and carry out all other assignments from time to time as management directs.

**Who we are looking for**:

- Electro-Mechanical/Robotics/Manufacturing/Industrial Engineering student at an accredited College or University
- Manufacturing experience, preferred
- Certified Electrician, an asset
- Vision system experience, an asset
