Junior Server

**Server Job Description**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Act as the primary liaison between the dining room and the kitchen to ensure efficient and accurate timing.
- Regularly circulate the dining room to monitor the progression of tables through thier experience.
- Present, run, and clearly explain dishes to guests, adding a personal touch to their dining experience.
- Efficiently clear and reset tables following each course, maintaining a clean and organized dining area.
- Develop a thorough knowledge of the food menu, by-the-glass menu, course settings, and any dietary modifications for dishes.
- Contribute to the team's efforts in delivering a seamless and high-quality dining experience and jump in wherever needed.

**Requirements**:

- Pervious serving experience and wine knowledge is an asset.
- Passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to excellent guest service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and effectively communicate with both kitchen and front of staff.
- Eagerness to learn and grow within the role, including a keen interest in food and beverage knowledge.
- Flexibility in working hours, including weekends and evenings.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Full-time

**Salary**: $48,000.00-$55,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 44 per week
