**Job description**: Reporting to the Production Manager, the extrusion operator will be responsible for managing the production of plastic rolls.

**Responsibilities**:

- Make extruder adjustments according to already established working methods to maximize productivity
- Make the order changes
- Ensure the quality of the finished product while keeping in mind the health and safety rules

**Requirements**:

- A relevant degree of study and at least 3 years of experience in the blown extrusion industry (a co-extrusion experience a great asset)
- Excellent mechanical skills
- Resourceful, organized, flexible and a good communicator
- Proof of leadership and team spirit
- Have a logical and analytical mind
- Excellent problem-solving skills
