**Arbru Solar Brewery **is currently hiring a **Kitchen Lead/Pizza Cook** to join our team in Prescott, ON

**About us**:
We are a craft brewery located in Mallorytown looking for a Kitchen Lead to assist with our newest location opening in Prescott, ON. Arbru is Canada’s first destination solar powered brewery and all of our electricity comes from solar power. We are looking for someone to lead our kitchen and pizza oven at our new location

Pay range between $18-$26 (includes tips).

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Light food prep and dressing pizzas.
- and preparing food according to customer preference.
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.
- Must be comfortable with lifting propane tanks.
- Must be comfortable with starting and maintaining a fire in the oven throughout shift.
- Take food inventory and log supply shortages as required.
- Keep a clean workstation, including equipment and utensils; understand and abide by Health & Safety standards and Food Safe requirements.
- Help clear tables, wash dishes, and help out with other related tasks from time to time.

**Mandatory Requirements**:

- Must hold a valid Food Hander's Certificate.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00-$26.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
