This is a part-time and hybrid work opportunity.

**What will you do?**
- Work directly alongside the brokerage team
- Maintain and engage with “warm” and “cold” prospect lists while being mindful of CRTC do not contact lists
- Responsible for organizing and maintaining a database or “sales funnel” - updating database and adding or deleting contact information as required.
- Organize, schedule and book meetings or appointments for the brokerage team
- Respond to incoming inquiries from prospective clients to answer questions
- Opportunity to grow in financial industry with one of Canada’s premier wealth management firms
- Contract work with possibility of performance incentives

**Must Have**
- High level of verbal and written communication skills
- Self-starter
- Aptitude to build quality relationships
- Sales and marketing experience is preferred
- Demonstrates understanding of identifying and capitalizing on trends

**Nice to Have**
- Interest in financial markets
- Experience in digital marketing also an asset
