Montréal QC HY L, Canada Fundraising Direct Full time

**Job Overview**
Fundraising Direct are a marketing agency with call centre operations. We work with major charities running their fundraising programs.

Responsibilities including but not limited to:

- Administering the payroll
- Assist with finance and G/L ledger processes
- Maintain organized and accurate filing system (paper and electronic)
- Maintain purchase order register and match purchase orders with invoices
- General administrative duties as requested

**Requirements**:

- Intermediate knowledge of processing payroll
- Experience with accounting and payroll software
- Detail oriented and able to identify errors or discrepancies
- Excellent analytical, problem solving and decision making skills
- Bilingual (English, French)
- Excellent communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of human resources practices related to payroll processing is beneficial.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.

Fundraising Direct est une agence de marketing dotée d'un centre d'appel. Nous travaillons avec de grandes organisations caritatives qui gèrent leurs programmes de collecte de fonds.

Les responsabilités comprennent, sans s'y limiter
- Gestion de la paie
- Participer aux processus financiers et aux processus du grand livre général
- Maintenir un système de classement organisé et précis (papier et électronique)
- Tenir à jour le registre des bons de commande et faire correspondre les bons de commande avec les factures.
- Tâches administratives générales sur demande

Exigences:

- Connaissance intermédiaire du traitement de la paie
- Expérience des logiciels de comptabilité et de paie
- Souci du détail et capacité à identifier les erreurs ou les divergences
- Excellentes capacités d'analyse, de résolution de problèmes et de prise de décision
- Bilingue (anglais, français)
- Excellentes aptitudes à la communication
- Baccalauréat ou expérience professionnelle équivalente

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 14 per week
