- Découvrez comment le matériel, le stockage et la mise en réseau sont utilisés pour créer de grands films d'action et d'animation.
- Découvrez comment identifier et résoudre les problèmes d'ordinateurs et de postes de travail sous Linux, MacOs et Windows
- Fournir une assistance technique et un support de niveau 1-2 pour les problèmes avec les systèmes informatiques, les logiciels et le matériel
- Aider à maintenir l'inventaire de tous les équipements, logiciels et licences de logiciels.
- Développer des compétences précieuses en gestion de compte en créant et en modifiant un compte d'utilisateur, une liste de diffusion et des groupes
- Soutenir les systèmes de sécurité, l'antivirus et appliquer les politiques de sécurité du studio.
- Assister les utilisateurs dans leurs opérations quotidiennes
- Créer des documents afin d’expliquer les processus pertinents de support au bureau.
- Acquérir une expérience précieuse dans les systèmes de _Tickets _et l'assistance au triage

**Qualifications
- Connaissance approfondie du matériel PC et Mac.
- Compétences de base en ligne de commande Linux
- Connaissance des scripts Bash, Python et/ou Perl (un atout).
- Solides compétences interpersonnelles et capacité à interagir efficacement avec diverses personnalités.
- Solides compétences en gestion du temps ; Capacité à effectuer plusieurs tâches et à établir des priorités.
- Excellentes compétences en communication verbale et écrite requises.
- Bonnes aptitudes interpersonnelles et de communication.
- Nature flexible, être capable de s'adapter à l'évolution des exigences de production.
- Capacité à suivre des directives et à collaborer au sein d'une équipe. Maîtrise du bilinguisme (anglais et français).

- Connaissances de Linux
- Avoir complété un première année d'études en informatique
- Connaissance en hardware et réseaux
- Être résident permanent du Canada ou citoyen canadien Être localisé sur la région de Montréal et en mesure de venir travailler sur site (obligatoire)

- Learn about how hardware, storage, and networking are used in establishing large live action and animated films.
- Discover how to identify and maintain laptops and workstations issues on Linux, MacOS, and Windows
- Provide level 1-2 technical assistance and support for problems with computer systems, software and hardware.
- Help maintain inventory of all equipment, software, and software licenses.
- Develop valuable account management skills in creating and modifying User Account, Mailing List and Groups
- Support the Security Systems, Anti-Virus, and enforce studio security policies.
- Assist users in their daily operations.
- Support document around relevant process for desktop support Gain valuable experience in ticketing systems and triage support.

**Requirements:
- In-depth knowledge of PC and Mac hardware.
- Basic Linux Command-line skills
- Knowledge of Bash, Python and/or Perl scripting (advantageous).
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively interact with diverse personalities.
- Strong time management skills: Ability to multitask and prioritize.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Flexible nature, be able to adapt to changing production requirements.
- Ability to take direction and collaborate in a team setting. Bilingual fluency (English and French).

- Completion of a first year of computer studies
- Knowledge of hardware and networks
- Permanent resident of Canada or Canadian citizen Must be located in the Montreal area and able to work on site (mandatory)
