Notre équipe, en plein essor, est à la recherche de professionnels spécialisés dans l’approche et l’optimisation client. Relevant du Directeur, optimisation orientée conseil de confiance, le consultant ou la consultante en conseil de confiance collabore étroitement avec les agents des ventes et du service Allstate, d’une part, à l’amélioration des techniques de propositions et de conclusion des ventes et, d’autre part, à l’adoption des pratiques exemplaires dans le but d’améliorer la distribution de l’éventail des produits d’Allstate et l’expérience client.

**Responsabilités**:
Offrir des séances de coaching individuelles aux agents Allstate en vue de les soutenir dans leurs démarches visant à accroître l’efficacité de leurs activités de prospection et leur taux de vente.

Animer des séances de formation à distance sur les pratiques exemplaires, les techniques éprouvées et les présentations de vente prévues par Allstate;
Renforcer la responsabilité à l’intérieur des consultations offertes aux agents; dans le but de mesurer l’activité, d’évaluer l’adoption des comportements clés dans le cadre des séances de coaching, comment leurs activités seront mesurées en fonction d’objectifs précis et feront l’objet de suivis.

Collaborer avec les partenaires d’affaires pour déterminer les pratiques exemplaires qui permettront d’optimiser la vente des produits et services et les mettre en œuvre.

Tisser des liens avec les directeurs d’agence et les directeurs des opérations hors agence de vente et de fidélisation client pour comprendre les tendances et les besoins opérationnels les plus récents et ainsi harmoniser les processus de vente aux demandes des consommateurs;
Observer les agents et, à la lumière de la diversité de leurs expériences et de leurs atouts, chercher à comprendre leurs défis et à connaître leurs réussites afin de perfectionner le processus de vente;
Collaborer étroitement à titre d’expert(e) avec les équipes de Préparation des opérations et d’Apprentissage et de développement RH dans la création du matériel de formation sur le processus de vente à l’intention des agents;
Travailler en partenariat avec les autres consultants en conseil de confiance pour continuellement ajuster les approches choisies et intégrer les nouveaux produits et services offerts.

Agir à titre d’expert(e) en matière des technologies, des processus utilisés par les agents et des besoins des consommateurs afin de conseiller des intervenants provenant de diverses unités au sein du Groupe Allstate du Canada;
**Formation et expérience**:
Diplôme d’études postsecondaires ou expérience pertinente ;
Au moins trois ans d’expérience dans le domaine de la vente;
Aptitudes éprouvées pour la vente ou le coaching en vente;
Permis d’assurance de dommages, un atout;
Excellentes aptitudes en communication orale et écrite; en anglais et français

Aptitudes en matière de coaching et de mentorat;
Autonomie, capacité à travailler par soi-même;
The Trusted Advisor Consultant (Sales Coach) will work closely with Allstate Sales and Service agents to improve consumer proposition techniques and closing style and adoption of best practices to enhance the distribution of Allstate’s product offerings and customer experience.

**Role Designation**: Home-Based

**Accountabilities**:
Provide one-on-one support to Allstate agents to increase the effectiveness of their prospecting activities and improve their close ratios, by:
Providing training sessions virtually to Agents on best practices, proven tactics and Allstate’s prescribed sales presentation

Building accountability into the agent consultations with intention of measuring activity, assessing adoption of key behaviors, and conducting follow ups with the agents to achieve specified targets and objectives

Collaborate with business partners to identify and implement best practices enhancing sales of our product/service suite, by:
Developing relationships with Agency Managers, Inside Sales Managers, and Customer Loyalty Managers to understand latest trends and business needs to adjust sales process in line with consumer demands

Learning and observing from the spectrum of agents to understand challenges and identify successes to develop refinements to the sales process

Partnering with other Trusted Advisor Consultants to continuously refine approaches and integrate new product & service offerings

Become a Subject Matter Expert in Allstate’s, agent process and consumer needs to advise various functions within ACG

**Qualifications**:
Post-secondary graduate and/or relevant work experience

3+ years of Sales Experience

Demonstrated Success in Sales Experience or Sales Coaching
