Federated Co-operatives Limited (FCL) is hiring a Fleet Safety & Compliance Advisor on a permanent basis on our Fleet Services team.

This position is a hybrid opportunity and will be based in Saskatoon, SK.

**What you’ll do**:

- Demonstrate a steadfast commitment to safety on a daily basis.
- Provide emergency response to fleet incidents as required, attending major incidents.
- Report or coordinate reporting of incident to regulatory bodies.
- Ensure all fleet incidents are entered in the incident management system.
- Review carrier profile ensuring all incidents have been previously reported.
- Monitor device health and take action to correct issues, ensuring devices are working as intended.
- Support FCL transportation operations teams and lease operators in proper coaching of drivers.
- Ensure compliance of driver files for all drivers of FCL.
- Approximate travel up to 25%.

**Who you’ll work with**:
You will work closely with the Transportation operations management teams, Lease Operators, the Fleet Asset Performance team, local Co-ops and emergency services and will report into the Supervisor, Fleet Safety & Compliance. This team strives to cultivate a culture of safety, collaboration and transparency.

**Who you are**:
You are looking for a career in Supply Chain and:

- Have 3-6 years of relevant experience in the transportation industry.
- Have a valid class 1 license is considered an asset.
- Have a 2-year diploma (a combination of relevant education and experience may be considered).
- CCLP, CRSP and/or CHSC designation is considered an asset.
- Are familiar with federal and provincial transportation laws and regulations.
