Caregiver (Pt)

**We need part time staff that are flexible and eager to work Hard workers get lots of hours and can move up in seniority**

**Weekends day shift 7am to 1pm and evening shift 4pm to 7pm which may lead into a full 7am to 7pm shift.**

**Looking for experienced caregivers for this client who is coming out of the hospital and needing post-op care.**

**Who can apply?**
- HSW's
- PSW's
- CSW's
- LPN's

**Caregiver Duties vary with each client but can include**:

- companionship
- meal prep/ cooking
- light housekeeping/ laundry
- personal care
- Transfers
- Outings & errands
- Medication supervision

**Must be able to use a smartphone for clocking in and out of shifts and completing daily visit notes for their clients.**

**Must pass a criminal record check**

**EXTENDED MEDICAL/DENTAL AVAILABLE FOR STAFF EVEN PART TIME EMPLOYEES
