**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a seasoned Rope Access Technician who is interested in diversifying their skills into the field of drone-operated commercial cleaning services. This role offers the unique opportunity to be at the cutting edge of the industry, combining traditional rope access skills with advanced drone technology to execute high-quality building maintenance.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Safely operate and navigate drones equipped with cleaning tools alongside or in place of traditional rope access methods.
- Perform standard and advanced rope maneuvers to assist and complete drone operations for building maintenance.
- Conduct pre-operation checks on both drones and rope equipment to ensure all systems are safe and ready for deployment.
- Monitor drone activity and coordinate with technical teams to troubleshoot, maintain, and repair equipment as needed.
- Keep detailed records of maintenance procedures, drone flight paths, and safety checks to adhere to regulatory and company standards.
- Collaborate with the operations team to develop new techniques for drone integration that enhance efficiency and safety.
- Stay current with industry trends, drone technology advancements, and rope access methodologies through continuous learning and training.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience and certification in rope access techniques; IRATA or SPRAT certification preferred.
- Familiarity with drone operation or strong willingness to undergo training in drone technology and operation.
- Excellent problem-solving, mechanical, and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work at heights and in varying outdoor conditions.
- Strong communication and teamwork capabilities, comfortable in a collaborative environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; further technical or associate’s degree in a related field is a plus.
