Job Description
**The role**
We have one of the world's leading litigation and dispute resolution (L&DR) practices specialising in complex, multi-jurisdictional litigation, international arbitration and regulatory investigations around the globe. Our team in Australia is one of the country's leading litigation and dispute resolution teams and has overseen many of the most complex corporate cases and arbitrations in the market in recent years.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide a range of legal and administrative support to Partners, lawyers and other legal professionals across the L&DR team.
- Assisting wit preparation of Court documents and attending to filing of Court documents.
- Assisting with preparation of Briefs to Counsel and delivery of Briefs.
- Legal research, including preparation of legal memoranda.
- Assisting with document management and discovery processes
- Proof-reading documents, including legal forms, for accuracy.
**Qualifications**:
**Your experience**
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong legal research skills, including familiarity with Relativity and other legal databases.
- Experienced with MS Office Suite and comfort with use of IT systems in a professional environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and proof-reading skills.
