**PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Conduct student evaluations.
- Create a positive learning environment that accommodates students’ diverse cultural and educational backgrounds, experiences, and individual learning styles.
- Maintain behaviour and actions consistent with College policies.
- Continue professional development and growth according to personal needs and certification requirements
- Provide input on the continuous improvement activities for the College.
