Assembly Lead Hand

We are currently looking to add an experienced leader to our fantastic team

Straight shift, Monday to Thursday, 3 pm to 1:30 am.

- **Our Assemblers **_use hand tools (wrenches, air tools, paint guns, screw drivers, etc), to accurately complete our material handling containers. It is very physical work

A successful **Assembly Lead Hand **will lead by example with a focus on safety, quality, and efficiency. Supporting the Afternoon shift supervisor with training, and supporting current staff to meet performance targets.

- Use wrenches, pliers, tape measure, hammers, paint guns, sockets, drills, grinders, etc.
- Assist and direct team to achieve quality standards
- Lead the team for great results
- Qualifications:_
- Ability to read and write in English
- Mechanical aptitude
- Interpersonal and organizational skills
- Ability to inspect your work.
- Accurately read a tape measure.
- Physical Demands:_
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs on occasion.
- Standing, walking, bending, twisting, holding, reaching, and gripping.
- This can be a physically demanding job.

**Salary**: $24.00 per hour
