Costumer Service

Key Responsibilities:

- Engage in sales activities to build new client relationships and increase business opportunities
- Make cold calls and follow up with existing clients to maintain and expand business relationships
- Explain our services to potential and existing clients in a clear and concise manner
- Quickly learn and understand the basics of sales tax in Canada
- Demonstrate a strong ability to explain complex issues to clients in a clear and concise manner

**Requirements**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Sales experience is a plus but not required
- A good work ethic and a drive to succeed
