Custodian/janitor

**Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure spaces are kept clean by taking out garbage and dusting surfaces
- Sweep and mop floors, vacuum all carpeted areas
- All meeting rooms dusted and vacuumed.
- Wash and sanitize toilets, sinks and restock disposables (e.g. soap, papertowel)
- Wipe all mirrors and windows where necessary.
- Perform maintenance and minor repairs (broken switches, fixing door handles, replace light bulbs)
- Report all major damages to management.
- Spot clean lobby glass front door and any other partition glass
- Coffee machine(s) daily maintenance cleaning, replenish etc.
- Clean and sanitize drinking fountains daily
- All garbage bins in both lunchrooms emptied daily (including shipping and receiving area)
- Dust all furniture including desks, chairs, tables all exposed filing cabinets and shelves.
- Wash lab floor
- Clean all 5 fridges, oven and microwave.
- Clean and sanitize urinals, toilet bowls, hand basis and mirrors
- Refill all dispensers to normal limits-napkins, soap, tissue, towel, liners
- Low dust all horizontal surfaces including sills, moldings, heating outlets
- Factory floor
- thoroughly dust mop floor and spot damp floor
- Thoroughly clean all areas with floor scrubber provided (using degreaser product)

**Qualifications/Experience**:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in Cleaning and Maintenance
- **Must have reliable transportation**
- Some heavy lifting involved.
- Excellent attention to detail - Self Starter
- Trustworthy and reliable
- References are required

Pay: $22.00-$23.00 per hour
