**Role and Responsibilities**

**The role we are offering you**:
The **_Financial Analyst, Projects_** supports internal clients in achieving their financial objectives through activities of forecasting, budgeting cost profiling and total project cost evaluation

**Be ready to**:

- Lead the forecast review process, including cost profiling, and total cost assessment
- Prepare financial reports, explain variances from budget and previous forecasts
- Produce Ad-Hoc analyzes to support the manufacturing team
- Provide financial support to manufacturing and operations departments
- Identify financial risks on projects and take part in discussions aimed at mitigating these risks
- Seek opportunities for improvement and challenge the status quo
- Professional accounting designation (CPA) or similar
- 1-3 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in a manufacturing or operations environment
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to work under pressure
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis
- Organized, detail-oriented, autonomous and able to take initiative
- Team player and customer oriented
- Proactive, dynamic and good at problem solving
- Ability to communicate in French and English (written and spoken)
- MS Excel/ MS Outlook/ MS Teams intermediate user
- Knowledge of Planisware and PowerBi are considered an asset
