Parts Advisor

Our Summerside dealership is hiring a full-time Parts Advisor who will work directly with customers, suppliers and technicians, providing them with information and sourcing parts using an online catalogue.

Responsibilities include:

- Assisting customers with their parts needs in a friendly and timely manner
- Answering phone calls from customers and other businesses
- Accurately pricing parts and other accessories
- Gathering all required parts for technicians and service advisors and accurately charging them to the correct repair orders
- Shipping and receiving parts orders

Qualifications:

- Knowledge of the automotive industry
- A positive attitude and excellent work ethic
- Knowledge of computerized parts readers
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

- Class 5 Driver's License (preferred)
