- Qualifications:

- Bachelor's Degree, business related preferred (Economics, Accounting, Finance, or Commerce)
- Experience:

- 5-10 years applicable industry experience in commercial or finance
- Experience in dealing with complex contracts
- Skills:

- High proficiency in Excel
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Extensive experience in forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, financial planning, and financial reporting
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Key Activities and Responsibilities:

- Understand the fundamental NGL Facilities processing, facility, and sales agreements
- Data entry into SAP and reporting extraction
- Ensuring efficiency and accuracy on financial forecasts and data used to prepare accounting accruals
- Support rebuilding of long range financial forecast models
- Responsible for overseeing monthly financial forecast results including identifying and recording cost/revenue accruals and variance analysis.
- Oversee the 5-year planning cycle and annual budget process; work with internal stakeholders to prepare detailed assumptions including management approval while ensuring alignment across groups
- Co-ordinate monthly management and executive reporting; present summary reports and forecast information as required to executive team
- Understand and explain financial impacts of changes in pricing, volumes, and other key operational variables
- Work closely with other departments to provide variance analysis and communicate monthly changes in financial results
- Manage a team of two financial analysts; evaluate performance on direct reports, grow and develop staff through coaching and timely and constructive feedback
- Lead and empower team members to use their talents and strengths to learn and identify process efficiencies in models and processes
