Forklift Driver

**We are currently looking for a Shipper/Material Handler to join our team.**

**Job Duties &**

**Responsibilities**:

- Picking, packaging, wrapping, and strapping of customer orders
- Receiving of incoming goods
- Preparation of shipping documents
- Inventory and cycle counts
- General warehouse activities - cleaning and organizing of warehouse
- Communicating with other shippers in department on different shifts
- Maintain housekeeping at an acceptable and organized level. This includes all workstations, floors,

cleaning of tools and equipment, organizing and stacking of material
- Ensure all work is performed according to procedures and work instructions
- Understand and follow all Health and Safety concerns
- Understand, follow, and enforce all Quality System procedures and work instructions

**Qualifications**
- 2-3 years of shipping experience in a manufacturing setting
- Experience in packaging, palletizing and skid wrapping
- Forklift experience/license
- Basic computer skills with some data entry experience, use of hand held scanners
- Possess manual dexterity, ability to lift > 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to follow workflow and schedules
- Above team average attendance

**Salary**: $21.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Orangeville, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Forklift: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Forklift Licence (preferred)

Shift availability:

- Day Shift (preferred)
