**RÉSUMÉ DU POSTE**

L'analyste des comptes débiteurs est chargé d'assurer une gestion efficace, opportune et précise des factures et des soldes débiteurs des clients ainsi que des processus de recouvrement.

**COMPTABILITES**
- Maintenir à jour la facturation en fonction des exigences particulières des clients et de la configuration du système D365 ; envoyer régulièrement ou sur demande des factures précises et valides aux clients.
- Rapprocher les soldes des clients et examiner régulièrement le classement chronologique, résoudre les divergences, résoudre les problèmes en travaillant avec les ventes, le service clientèle, les opérations et le support financier.
- Mettre en place des paiements par carte de crédit avec les clients, s'assurer que les paiements par carte de crédit sont traités et réglés en temps voulu.
- Dépanner les problèmes de système dans l'environnement D365, soutenir les changements d'exigences du système des clients (par exemple, la mise en œuvre de Coupa), participer aux mises à niveau et aux tests du système.
- Autres tâches selon les besoins.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Baccalauréat en finance, comptabilité, mathématiques ou programme comparable.
- 1 à 3 ans d'expérience dans un rôle et un cadre similaires
- Maîtrise de MS Office, maîtrise du système ERP.
- Autonome et doté(e) de compétences en matière de leadership pour mener à bien la résolution des problèmes, l'amélioration des processus et le développement de carrière.
- Grande communication et ténacité
- Expérience des comptes clients, sens aigu des mathématiques/comptabilité.
- Expérience dans le secteur des biens de consommation emballés (CPG).
