**SKILLS OF IDEAL CANDIDATE**
- Experience with framing, cladding, drywall installation, concrete finishing and forming
- Comfortable working at heights
- Able to meet physical demands of day-to-day activities
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Positive attitude and ability to boost workplace morale
- Strong work ethic
- Organized and ability to plan ahead for next task
- Responsible for basic maintenance of tools

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Must have at least 5 years of relevant construction experience
- Valid G license and reliable transportation
- Working at heights certification
- Must own basic hand tools and steel toed boots

**WHY WORK HERE?**
- Full time. Typical work day is 7am - 5pm Monday to Friday

**Job Types**: Full-time, Seasonal

**Salary**: $25.00-$28.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

- Class G Licence (preferred)
